PROCESSES AND INKS
DIRECT SCREEN PRINTING
It is a millenary printing process: an emulsified cloth is used to transfer a drawing to a container. Allows the use of different types of inks to achieve various finishes and designs.
THERMOPLASTIC / CERAMIC INK
• It is the one with the greatest resistance. • Adheres to the container through the vitrification process: the paint has vitreous components that, when exposed to a temperature close to 600 C, fuses to the glass and perpetuates the decoration. • It is used for containers that are exposed to greater mechanical and chemical requirements. • Within these paintings, there are metallic ones such as: gold, platinum and silver; in addition to having most of the chromatic arc of full colors.
EPOXI AND UV INKS
• UV inks: are cured through the application of high-power ultraviolet light. • Epoxy: They cure at low temperatures. • It allows special inks: thermochromatic, fluorescent, black light, security inks, etc.
THERMOSENSITIVE / THERMOCHROMATIC
According to your product, you can choose: Thermosensitive to heat: When the hot liquid enters the cup, the impression in this ink changes color showing hidden messages or magic words ... whatever you like to highlight!
REACTIVE TO THE LIGHT
• Photosensitive: Change color with light. • Fluorescent: Fluorescent colors that are activated by UV light. • Phosphorescent: It is also charged with UV light and shines in the dark. • Viroazul: changes color with black light.
HOT STAMPING
A colored foil is used that is transferred with heat to the container, obtaining metallic and holographic textures. It can be applied in line with screen printing to obtain complex designs.
COATING
FLOCK
It gives a velvety finish to the container, it can be applied to a drawing (silk-screen printing) or to the complete container (spray).
